Kingdom Kratom is a vertically integrated kratom manufacturer and wholesaler based in San Antonio, TX. We source, blend, encapsulate, and ship our full product line — powders, capsules, extracts, and gummies across Green, White, and Red strains — all from our single San Antonio facility. We are a small, dedicated team that takes quality and our customers seriously.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer emails and phone calls about orders, shipping, and products
- Resolve issues — wrong items, missing packages, returns and refunds
- Process order changes and cancellations in Odoo
- Coordinate with our warehouse on fulfillment questions
- Keep accurate records of every customer interaction
Must Have
- 1–2+ years in a customer-facing role
- Warm, clear communicator — written and verbal
- Organized and calm under pressure
- Comfortable learning new software (we use Odoo)
- Must work on-site in San Antonio, TX
Nice to Have
- E-commerce or DTC customer service experience
- Experience with Odoo, Zendesk, or similar tools
- Interest in kratom or botanical supplements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
