21+ only, enforced
Florida's KCPA restricts kratom sales to adults 21 and over. We supply only licensed retailers who age-verify, and your launch kit includes 21+ point-of-sale and "WE ID UNDER 25" shelf signage.
KCPA-compliant labeling
Every Florida unit ships with the KCPA-required warning and a full ingredient list, legible and contrasting, to the standard FDACS inspects against. No health claims and no unsupported marketing language — clean labels that pass review.
7-OH — verified to Florida's current rule
Florida restricts isolated and concentrated 7-hydroxymitragynine ("7-OH") as a controlled substance under a state Attorney General emergency rule currently in force, and requires any kratom product sold in Florida to contain far more mitragynine than 7-OH (at least a 100-to-1 ratio by mass). Kingdom Kratom ships plain-leaf kratom only — no isolated, concentrated, or added 7-OH. We test every batch for 7-OH and record the result on the Certificate of Analysis (COA), and our products meet Florida's mitragynine-to-7-OH ratio.

Is it legal to sell kratom in Florida?
Yes — Florida permits kratom sales to adults 21 and over under the Kratom Consumer Protection Act (Fla. Stat. §500.92, implemented by FDACS Rule 5K-4.030). One exception: kratom is prohibited in Sarasota County, so we do not ship there. We meet the KCPA's 21+ and labeling rules on every shipment and lab-test every batch. Other local rules can still apply; your rep confirms anything specific to your location.
Is 7-OH (7-hydroxymitragynine) legal in Florida?
Florida treats isolated and concentrated 7-OH as a controlled substance under an Attorney General emergency rule currently in force; products must contain far more mitragynine than 7-OH. Kingdom Kratom carries plain-leaf products only — never isolated or added 7-OH — and we test every batch, recording 7-OH on the COA. If you stock 7-OH concentrate products from other suppliers, that is outside the Kingdom Kratom program and your compliance responsibility.

What payment terms do you offer?
First three orders are prepaid. After three clean orders you move to Net 15, then Net 30 after a clean quarter, subject to a credit review.
